About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Brand & Marketing Manager with proven expertise in real estate marketing, brand storytelling, and full-funnel digital strategy. The ideal candidate is not just creative but analytical, skilled in GTM strategies, digital performance, public relations, influencer marketing, and CX optimization—ready to elevate Lohia Global's brand presence and sales impact across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🌐 Brand & PR Strategy

• Develop and execute omnichannel brand campaigns for real estate projects (residential/commercial).
• Craft compelling brand narratives, brochures, videos, and collaterals aligned with Lohia Global’s positioning.
• Manage press releases, PR agencies, event sponsorships, ground activations, and media coverage.
• Build and scale CSR campaigns, stakeholder communications, and reputation management.

📈 Performance & Digital Marketing

• Plan and optimize Meta, Google, YouTube & OTT ads, SEO/SEM, ASO, and WhatsApp automation.
• Execute full-funnel campaigns (TOFU-MOFU-BOFU) with ROI tracking, analytics dashboards & CRM integration.
• Drive performance marketing via PPC, affiliate, influencer, CTV, and event marketing to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee programmatic marketing, retargeting, and media buying (OOH, metro, print, cinema, radio).

💡 Creative & Content Direction

• Lead campaign ideation, storytelling, ad scripting, brand videos, blogs, UI/UX copy, chatbot & voice content.
• Oversee branding kits, marketing collaterals, wireframes, site maps & project pitch decks.

🔍 Analytics & Automation

• Implement and manage tools: Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.
• Use automation platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and AI tools for campaign optimization.

🤝 Vendor & Channel Partner Management

• Build and manage a high-performing network of vendors, agencies, influencers & affiliate partners.
• Coordinate with channel partners for joint promotions, launches & lead generation.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of brand and digital marketing experience (preferably in real estate, D2C, or B2B sectors).
• Proven record of high-ROAS campaigns, marketing automation, and CX strategy.
• Hands-on with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in ATL, BTL, TTL campaigns, offline activations, HNI targeting, and luxury positioning.
• Strong copywriting, public speaking, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to luxury real estate, high-ticket campaigns, or township launches.
• Understanding of product launches, MVP planning, marketing technology stacks.
• Published articles or whitepapers in marketing/branding is a plus.
