Human Resource (Generalist & Recruitment) Internship

DEWII is looking for Human Resource (Generalist & Recruitment) Internship to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters. Help develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Assist in employee engagement initiatives such as training and development programs, team building activities, and employee recognition programs. Assist in administering employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Support the HR team in preparing reports and presentations related to HR activities and initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
