Role
- Design of User Experiences and User Interfaces for DIAGNAL and DIAGNAL customers on a variety of internet connected devices
- Demonstrate an ability to come up with innovative ideas, solve problems creatively and shape these into logical, coherent solutions that centre around our customers needs
- Demonstrate a knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UX and technology trends
- Help drive our creative culture by being a highly visible advocate for all things design both internally and externally
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure deliverables are at the standard we expect at DIAGNAL
- Design of DIAGNAL corporate assets including but not limited to sales, marketing, employee communication, learning assets and other documentation templates
- Achieve industry standard quality levels in design deliverables including but not limited to: presentations, design exploration/discovery, layout, typography, artwork, copy, spelling/grammar, content, interactivity/feedback, navigation, information/content architecture, user journeys, device adaptation, branding application, technical feasibility and consistency
- Report to DIAGNAL appointed manager on the design progress
- Communicate with DIAGNAL customers to present design and receive feedback
Experience Required
- Experience with a specific focus on UX Design, or a Bachelors degree in a relevant design discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to convey complex design concepts clearly to internal team members and external customers.
- Solid experience of UCD design principles and methodologies, with an ability to conduct competitor analysis & benchmarking, create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Thorough understanding of design systems and how they are applied to different devices and platforms
- Solid understanding of the latest tools and software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience in the OTT industry is a plus but not essential
- Experience in marketing and copywriting in a plus but not essential
