About the Role: Were building a modern lending platform from the ground up
As Engineering Manager, you will lead the development team, guide architecture decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery in collaboration with product and design, Responsibilities:
Lead a cross-functional engineering team and mentor developers, Drive engineering best practices, scalable architecture, and code quality, Collaborate with product and UX for effective planning and execution, Ensure timely delivery of high-performance, secure software, Requirements:
Strong experience with Java Spring Boot, RDBMS, Exposure to Angular and Android ecosystems, Proven leadership in managing and scaling engineering teams, Fintech or enterprise software experience is a plus,
