Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head - Recruitment / Staffing Services Business to establish and lead our new consulting services division, with a primary focus on international markets.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional at a mid-to-senior level to drive strategic growth, enjoy significant autonomy, and truly make your mark as a leader.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Leadership: Lead the establishment and growth of Digital Business People's new professional/staffing services practice, focusing initially on international markets including the USA, UK, APAC, and Australia regions.
- Dual-Scope Management: Take on a dual leadership role, actively engaging with clients and potential clients for new business generation, while simultaneously managing and leading a team of recruiters to successfully close deals by offering suitable consultants.
- New Business Development: Drive new business generation by proactively contacting clients and prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning DBP's staffing solutions.
- Team Leadership & Growth: Onboard, mentor, and foster the professional growth of your team members. This involves actively participating in hiring, grooming, retaining, and expanding your team, encompassing both business development and resourcing professionals.
- Expertise in Contract & Permanent Recruitment: Apply your strong knowledge of the contract, permanent, and contract-to-permanent recruitment business models to build and lead our offerings.
- Cross-Border Solutions: Develop and provide cross-border staffing solutions, effectively managing a team of contractors across multiple international clients for both ad-hoc needs and dedicated project teams.
- Divisional Growth: Be directly responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of the Contract division within the professional services business.
Required Skill Set
- Solid experience in contract technology recruitment, specifically in leading and managing a team of contractors across diverse clients.
- In-depth knowledge of contract, permanent, and contract-to-permanent recruitment business models.
- A keen passion to onboard and mentor team members, demonstrating strong leadership in hiring, grooming, retaining, and growing your team (both business development and resourcing).
- Experience in growing a recruitment team or division.
- Strong drive for new business generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and team leadership.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in international markets.
- Proactive, determined, and a leader who can motivate and inspire a team.
