About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) to join our growing team in Gujarat. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our B2B student recruitment network by onboarding new education agents and introducers. You will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with agents, driving student enrolment through these channels, and ensuring alignment with Edvoy's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents and introducers to grow Edvoys student referral network.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with agents to enhance student recruitment efforts.
- Provide training and ongoing support to agents, ensuring they understand Edvoys platform, services, and processes.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase student referrals and conversion through the agent channel.
- Monitor agent performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the international education landscape to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment preferably in the international education or edtech sector.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage external partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Familiarity with student mobility trends and agent-based recruitment models is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
