· Experience in Installation and Upgrade, Configuration and supporting.

· Good working experience knowledge in App building - Intelex Configuring new workflow(new record type, stages, activities, actions, button, data fields, stages, activities, actions, button, data fields, forms, sections, etc.

· Customizing existing workflow

· Experience in designing/configuring workflows for various processes like Event/Incidents, Complaint, CAPA, Supplier Quality Management, Audit

· Preparation of various Validation documents (e.g. System Design, Process Flow Diagrams, Validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ), etc.).

· Good technical knowledge in SQL and Crystal Reports.

· Experience in Crystal Reports Design, development and bug fixing of Crystal Reports

· Understanding of ITIL principles and techniques.

· Hands On Experience in authoring / reviewing SDLC/CSV activities.

· Knowledge on Quality and Compliance in Regulated Environments.

· Should be self-motivated and good leadership skill

· Familiar with Risk Assessment and Mitigation, CFR Part 11, GxP Regulations.

· Responsible for Project Management activities.

· Prior experience of Support Project Experience in customer facing role

· Good exposure to Agile Scrum Methodology software development life cycle.

· Involved in understanding and analyzing the business requirements and writing use cases.
