Job Description
- Power BI development experience and Power BI Lead experience
- Extensive Development experience on various Power BI Models.
- Expertise in writing complex DAX functions in Power BI
- Worked on all types of transformations that are commonly used in Power BI Query editor.
- Created Workspace and apps for business users to view the developed reports.
- Strong knowledge in improving report performance.
- Expert level SQL scripting skills.
- Expert in creating SQL objects like SP, Views, Functions etc.
- Expert in writing complex queries.
- Strong enough to handle stored procedures, windows functions, CTEs, dynamic SQL, Indexes.
- Good knowledge of Datawarehouse and dimension modeling.
- Experience embedding reports into other applications, understanding of Rest APIs.
- Experience in data storytelling and knowledge of how people make decisions with data.
- Must have 8+ years of programming experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL and the M language.
- Prior experience in Analysis Services Tabular Modelling, Power Pivot, Power BI Modelling.
- Must have experience in other reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI Paginated reports etc.
- Prior experience in Analysis Services Tabular Modelling, Power Pivot, Power BI Modelling.
- Extensive knowledge of Power BI Service components.
- Knowledge of Pyspark, Power Platform and MS fabric is plus.
- Knowledge on report migration (Tableau to Power BI, QlikView to Power BI etc.) is plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and confidently.

- SQL- Strong enough to handle stored procs, windows functions, CTEs, Dynamic SQL, Indexes etc..
- Power BI- Able to write complex DAX functions, Dynamic data handling .Able to handle complex models and cross filter directions. Able to create dashboards which tells stories/gives actionable insights. Visuals with logic.
- Other Tech- Pyspark, Power Platform and MS fabric
- Communication- Should be able to put forth their thoughts clearly and confidently.
