Roles and Responsibilities

• Involved in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements to prepare

comprehensive estimate on Cold-formed Metal Framing, Drywall, Insulation, and

Acoustical Ceilings.

• Training & ready to learn new software's to do take-off on materials and labor for projects based

on plans and specifications.

• Participate in pre-bid and post-job reviews to ensure accuracy of bids.
