We're Hiring: Product Manager.

Location : Gurgaon.

What You'll Do :

- Own the product lifecycle-from ideation to launch to iteration.

- Define and prioritize product features, roadmaps, and backlogs.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

- Translate business goals into clear product requirements.

- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive improvements.

What You Bring :

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B, SaaS, BFSI/ Banking industry).

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Experience working in agile development environments.

- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.

- Bonus : Background in UX/UI, technical fluency, or startup experience.

Extra Credit For :

- Working with cross-functional, distributed teams.

- Launching new products or features with measurable success.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or Aha!.
