Designation: Development Manager 

• Agent Recruitment: Spearhead the recruitment of Agents through diverse channels to ensure the attainment of business targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance service levels for clients, ensuring the sustenance of existing business through effective follow-ups, coordination with stakeholders for approvals and payouts, and other administrative activities.
• New Business Development: Explore and identify new business avenues through cold calling, generation of referrals, business leads, and networking through agents.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and enhance business opportunities to contribute to overall organizational growth

Experience Required : 

• Minimum 2 years of Field sales experience 
• Maximum CTC: 3lpa
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
• On Roll and Permanent Employee from Day 1.
• No Probation Period
• Every 6 Months Hike and Promotion
• Fast Track Promotions
• Lower Targets in the market  
• Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Discipline
