Product Manager - Insurance Domain - Financial Services Firm (3-9 yrs)

Our client is a fast growing Financial Services firm with a focus towards Financial Inclusion

Role : Product Manager

Location : Mumbai

- Increase the insurance penetration across the existing customers

- Ensure increased revenue generation MoM for Insurance

- Drive the Insurance product across branches

- Ensure all customer related queries / concerns get addressed and expedited

- Coordinate with Branch teams & Life Insurer in ensuring smooth policy issuance

- Drive Insurance contests to maximize coverage

- Ensure smooth payouts from Insurer

- Train new joinees on Insurance product

- Conduct regular training interventions across Sales & Service teams to enhance product knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent Insurance domain knowledge

- Strong Sales & relationship management skills

- Good written and oral communication in English and Hindi

- Flair for numbers and managing worksheets (excel)

- Ability to work on new projects in an unstructured environment

- Ability to network and build relationships

- Smart worker

- Desire to take complete ownership and handle responsibilities with ease

Experience :

- MBA / PG (Full time / Executive Program) from tier I institute

- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Product Management. Great opportunity for Sales / Business Development people who have a creative bent of mind.
