Chief Of Staff (2-6 yrs)

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic thought partner, operator, and execution arm to the Founder. This role is equal parts planning, operations, and executionideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks like a founder, and knows how to get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

- High-Impact Projects (80% of the role).

- Lead projects in product development, operations, finance, and analytics and own them end to end while collaborating with different team members.

- Kickstart new business lines (apparel and bags) from a supply perspective: find factories, speak to different brands, recruit specialist sourcing teams.

- Note: these projects will be intense and operationally heavy and it will not be limited to spreadsheets. The role would involve travel to factories for a couple of days every month.

Strategic Initiatives (20% of the role):

- Run strategic analysis to support supply planning and decision-making.

- Own company-wide dashboards and performance tracking in coordination with Analytics & Ops.

- Solve complex business problems with limited structure or precedent.

What Were Looking For:

- 2-5 years of total experience, with time spent in high-performance environments (top-tier consulting, operating roles growth-stage startups, or founder/GM roles).

- Strong generalist + operator mindset: this is an operationally heavy role, so the person needs to have an operational mindset.

- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.

- High trust, low ego: You get things done quietly and efficiently behind the scenes.

- Founder mentality: You think in terms of leverage, speed, and ownership.

- Passion for consumer brands, culture, and product-led growth is a bonus.
