Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer extension.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities for new hires and exit formalities for outgoing employees.
  
• Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Ensure accurate attendance management, payroll processing, and leave management systems are up-to-date.
  
• Conduct HR generalist activities such as policy implementation and compliance checks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment industry.
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
  
• Proficiency in HR administration tasks like joining & exit formalities, grievance handling & redressal.
