Chief Business Officer (CBO)
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead and expand our business functions across sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth initiatives. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CBO will be instrumental in shaping and executing the companys commercial strategy to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market share in the cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute the companys business growth strategy across global and domestic markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including emerging market segments, strategic partnerships, and product diversification.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Oversee and scale sales and marketing teams to drive B2B enterprise customer acquisition and retention.
- Drive lead generation, customer segmentation, and brand positioning aligned with cybersecurity trends and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align messaging and positioning of cybersecurity solutions.
Partnerships & Alliances:
- Build and manage strategic alliances with channel partners, system integrators, MSSPs, and technology providers.
- Negotiate key business deals, licensing agreements, and distribution partnerships.
Customer & Market Intelligence:
- Champion customer-centric thinking across the organization.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in the cybersecurity space.
P&L Ownership:
- Drive top-line growth while optimizing costs and ensuring profitable business operations.
- Prepare business plans, investor presentations, and board-level updates on growth initiatives and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Business Officer, Head of Growth, or similar executive leadership role in a high-growth cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech company.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and market ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record of building high-performing commercial teams and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
