Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in academic counselling, student support, or education sales.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on course offerings and academic paths.
  
• Understand student needs and provide accurate information about programs.
  
• Convert leads through inbound/outbound calls and scheduled counselling sessions.
  
• Maintain follow-up with potential students for enrollment.
  
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to meet enrollment targets.
  
• Maintain records in CRM tools and prepare regular reports.
  

✅ Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in academic/student counselling, edtech, or similar roles.
  
• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
  
• Prior experience in education sector or e-learning will be an advantage.
