We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of BFSI industry, particularly in retail mortgages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and providing insightful recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Familiarity with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd's products and services is an added advantage.
