Relationship Manager - MF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Micro Finance or Business Development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably in Micro Finance or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including Mutual Funds and other investment options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service.
