Area Receivable Manager - MF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Receivables Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

• Manage and oversee the receivable portfolio for the assigned area, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan disbursement.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to receivables management, providing insights for business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing receivables management.
• Lead and motivate a team of professionals responsible for managing receivables operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of Micro Finance products and services, including loans, deposits, and other financial instruments.
• Proven experience in managing large portfolios of receivables, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and developing high-performing teams.
