Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in retail mortgages.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and goals.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
