Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team as a Location Manager in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, located in the BFSI industry.
Roles and ResponsibilityManage and oversee daily operations of the bank's location. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in managing budgets and forecasting future financial performance.
