Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Location Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing locations and leading teams.
Roles and ResponsibilityManage and oversee daily operations of the bank's branches. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Lead and motivate a team of branch staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in banking or finance. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to stay updated on market trends. Experience in managing budgets and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
