Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, and Receivables.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivable office.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve receivable management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Train and guide junior staff members on receivable procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
- Experience in managing assets, inclusive banking, SBL, mortgages, and receivables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
