Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, and Receivables.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivable office.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve receivable management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators to optimize business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, including assets, inclusive banking, and SBL.
Experience in managing mortgages, receivables, and branch receivables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
