Relationship Manager - MF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's brand and services.

• Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in micro finance or business development.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including micro finance and asset management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an added advantage.
