- Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Leverage reactive programming and Vertex for building performant, event-driven systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and UI developers.
- Contribute actively to code reviews, architectural planning, and performance tuning.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and risks.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices
- Solid experience with Reactive Programming
- Working knowledge of Vertex (Vert.x)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- A strong individual contributor and an effective team player.
- Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
