Position/Role : Manager.

Division/Department : Finance.

Location : Thane.

Reporting to : GM Finance.

Age Criteria : 27-32.

Qualification : CA with min.

Experience : 7-9 yrs.

Job Description:

- Prepare monthly and yearly budgets and rolling forecast while continually monitoring expenditures.

- Oversee forecast cash flow positions, related funding needs and manage excess operating cash to obtain optimum interest revenue.

- Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.

- Handling FX exposure and ensure adequate hedging & ensuring 100% compliance with FEMA and RBI/banking regulatory compliance.

- Assisting in monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts as per IFRS and Ind-AS.

- Assisting in implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of Statutory Books of Accounts & financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.

- Preparation and monitoring of all statutory tax compliances and submissions covering GST laws and income tax laws.

- Preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.

- Managing banking relationships, cash management, and other related activities.

- Coordinating planning & management activities for the completion of internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and GST audits within the timeframe.

- Coordinating planning & management activities for the completion of the financial audit within the time.

- Computing the cost of products & services by gathering information from respective departments to prepare sales quotations.

- Preparation of schedule.

Technical Competencies:

- Candidates must have worked in SAP environment.

- Candidate should have experience of GST & TDS filing.

- Should have a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

- Proficient in MS excel.
