Job Title: HR Manager
Experience: 10+ Years Location: Vellore.
Job Summary:.
- We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage human resources functions, including recruitment, HR operations, policy formulation, statutory compliance, HR business partnering (HRBP), payroll, and employee engagement.
- The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, align HR practices with business objectives, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Develop and implement independently HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational success.
- Partner with leadership to manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficient hiring, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Manage HR operations, including HRIS, employee records, process automation, and compliance audits.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks.
- Administer payroll, compensation structures, benefits, and statutory payments with accuracy.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and career development.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
- Strengthen employee engagement through retention strategies, cultural initiatives, and well-being programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness.
- Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), aligning HR initiatives with business needs.
- Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics like attrition, engagement, and performance trends.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee smooth onboarding, offboarding, and workforce transitions to enhance employee experience.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of HR experience, including recruitment, compliance, HRBP, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office.
