Role Summary:
Fairdeal Realtors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven City Sales Head for Mumbai to lead our commercial real estate sales operations in one of India's most competitive markets. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned B2B sales leader with deep knowledge of sales best practices, strong team management capabilities, and the ability to drive execution and revenue growth in a structured yet agile environment. This role is critical for expanding our footprint and achieving ambitious sales targets in the Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities:
City P&L & Sales Leadership: Take full ownership of the Mumbai city's sales P&L, driving revenue growth and market share for commercial real estate segments.
Team Performance & Execution Excellence: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, accountability, and excellence in execution. This includes hands-on, on-ground management.
Process Implementation & Daily Correction: Implement robust sales processes, ensuring daily adherence and making real-time corrections to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
Problem Solving & On-Ground Agility: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-ground challenges with agility, ensuring quick resolutions and continuous momentum.
Strategic Relationships & Deal-Making: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Teams, and Real Estate Decision-Makers to facilitate high-value deal closures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Minimum 8-12 years of B2B sales experience.
- 3-5 years in a city or sales leadership role, preferably in industries involving high-value transactions and strategic selling to mid-to-large corporate clients.
Industry Preference:
- Experience in commercial Real Estate is preferred.
- Other relevant industry experience includes:
- Co-working, B2B hospitality, managed offices, or corporate leasing.
- Corporate Facility Management Services.
- Enterprise IT & Telecom Solutions.
- Commercial Interior Fit-Out & Design Services.
- Large-Scale Event Infrastructure or Corporate Travel Solutions.
Sales Profile Fit:
- Proven track record of selling to CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Teams, and Real Estate Decision-Makers.
- Experience in consultative selling, a solution-based approach, and handling medium to long sales cycles.
- Comfortable driving daily sales reviews, team accountability, and ensuring CRM hygiene.
Success Metrics:
- Revenue target achievement.
- Team performance against set KPIs.
- CRM process adherence and data quality.
- Deal size and client repeat rate.
Skills & Traits:
- Strong team leadership with a hands-on, on-ground management style.
- Strong grip on CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews.
- Analytical problem solver with a bias for daily execution and process discipline.
- Effective communicator, negotiator, and closer.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
