NK Realtors - Overview
- Identify and target potential real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.
- Market Penetration Industry wise.
- Responsible for Sales activity with all Client enquiries (inbound & Outbound) in terms of Face 2 Face interaction, Site inspection, Negotiations and finally closures.
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- To ensure that the maintenance of proper discipline in regulation to the standard operation
procedures as established by the organization.
- To ensure proper following of systems and processes in dealing with clients on daily basis.
- To adhere to the organizational compliances in the hierarchy.
- To ensure proper sales reporting to respective line managers on daily basis.
- To display high level of integrity and skill towards ones assigned duties.
- To ensure daily maintenance of the CRM system.
- To ensure the following of the pre-assigned processes in client dealing in regards to face-to-face
interaction and site inspection.
- Comply with KYC/Regulatory rules governing the Real Estate Industry.
- To ensure the display of proper corporate behaviour and etiquette.
Skills & Qualification:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to analyze data and trends to occur compelling insights and
profitable opportunities.
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, a competitive spirit, and a customer-centric approach.
Competencies : Excellent communication skills, Smart & Presentable, Honesty and integrity. Ability to analyze market trends and evolving consumer psychology to drive sales consistently by keeping ahead of the competition. Demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong Business sense and industry expertise.
