Sales Management

• Support the director/s in securing sales for the company by communicating with customers and serving their order requirements.

• Track the performance of the senior sales coordinators and sales coordinators and ensure that all customer enquiries are being serviced.

• Coordinate project information with the RSM

• Track projects across Mumbai and inform sales managers and directors on the next steps.

• Maintain and develop relations with existing and potential customers in person or via telephone calls and emails. Gain a clear understanding of the customers businesses and requirements.

• Manage all aspects of the key accounts including order management, enquiry generation and

• Act as an effective contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.

• Negotiate the terms of the agreement and close sales.

• Gather market and customer information and build a comprehensive database that will support the directors in exploring new orders.

• Challenge any objections to get the customer to buy.

• Record sales and order information.

• Feed buying trends to directors and sales managers.

• Customer Relations Management

• Foster customer relations by sending timely greetings and compliments for birthdays, festivals and other special occasions.

• Handle customer complaints and other grievances.

• Keep customers updated with new company developments, certifications, product launches and milestone achievements.
