About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our PNM onDemand team. You will be responsible for onboarding merchants from various sectors such as furniture, logistics, and godowns, helping them adopt our on-demand shipment booking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard merchants (Furniture stores, Warehouses, Logistics partners, etc.) to the PNM onDemand platform.
  
• Visit potential clients physically, understand their shipment and transportation needs.
  
• Educate merchants about the benefits of using our platform for booking transport vehicles.
  
• Help merchants download the app and guide them through the booking process.
  
• Drive conversions by ensuring merchants book at least one shipment through the app.
  
• Build strong relationships and provide ongoing support to onboarded merchants.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales or related roles (More experience also considered).
• Mandatory: Valid Driving License and Two-Wheeler.
• Documents Required: Last three months payslips and Experience Letter.
• Age Limit: 20 to 31 years.
• Languages: Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
• Notice Period: 0 to 7 days (Immediate joiners preferred).
  

Compensation:

• In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹26,500 (based on experience).
  
• Additional Benefits:
  
• ₹3,600 Provident Fund (PF)
  
• ₹125 per day petrol allowance
