Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B engagement with Home Loan Channel Partners (HLCs) and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). This role involves meeting partners on-ground, enabling conversions, managing documentation, and maintaining strong follow-ups and reporting structures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled meetings with HLCs/DSAs as per the calendar shared by the onboarding team or city head.
  • Independently collect DSA location details for unscheduled meetings or field visits.
  • Carry the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) as needed; sign and hand it over to the respective DSA partner.
  • Make regular visits to RACPCs (Retail Asset Central Processing Centres) and offsite locations to meet with DSAs and HLCs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for on-ground support, ensuring smooth operations and resolution of issues for partner DSAs.
  • Maintain strong follow-up for conversions and support DSAs through the entire sales funnel from lead generation to file disbursal.
  • Update and maintain trackers/reports on:
    • Monthly business expectations
    • File status (login to disbursal stage)
  • Send daily email updates and reports to the reporting manager or city head.
  • Coordinate closely with RACPC NB coordinators to ensure seamless backend processing.
  • Identify whether DSAs are sourcing files under their individual codes or using a corporate DSA code.
  • Gather regular insights on competitor activity and share relevant market feedback from the field.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in BFSI, real estate, or housing loan segments.
  • Strong understanding of DSA/HLC ecosystems and channel sales.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and daily reporting.
