Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a SharePoint and Power Platform Lead Developer in Bengaluru.

As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex SharePoint solutions, along with architecting and managing enterprise-grade Power Platform applications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

- Strategic Requirement Analysis : Collaborating with stakeholders to understand complex business needs and translate them into robust technical specifications and solution architectures.

- Solution Architecture & Development : Designing and developing advanced SharePoint Online solutions, including custom web parts, extensions, and complex workflows using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Power Platform Center of Excellence : Architecting and implementing sophisticated Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

- Integration & Migration Expertise : Leading complex integrations between SharePoint, Power Platform, and other critical enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and overseeing data migrations.

- Technical Leadership & Mentoring : Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level developers, fostering best practices and adherence to architectural standards.

- Performance Optimization & Governance : Establishing and enforcing governance policies, optimizing existing solutions for performance, and ensuring data integrity and security across all platforms.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and ongoing support.

- Innovation & Research : Staying abreast of the latest advancements in SharePoint, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.

Qualifications :

- Extensive experience (10 - 15 years) in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level solutions using SharePoint Development, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Deep expertise in Power Platform Development, including advanced proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate (complex flows and integrations), and Power BI (advanced reporting and data modeling).

- Proven track record of architecting and implementing custom, reusable components, forms, and workflows that meet complex business requirements.

- Exceptional proficiency in integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with diverse enterprise systems using various APIs and integration patterns.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior team members and driving technical initiatives.

- Ability to work independently and as a lead within a highly collaborative team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

- Prior experience in the technology solutions industry, particularly within a consulting or services-oriented environment, is highly desirable
