About the Role :

Fresh Gravity is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant Data Scientist to join our team in Pune.

With 5-6 years of experience, you will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions for our diverse clientele.

You'll drive the full model development lifecycle, champion MLOps best practices, and play a key role in integrating complex AI/ML solutions within robust cloud environments, particularly leveraging Azure services.

What You'll Do :

- Lead Solution Design : Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex machine learning models, from problem definition and data exploration to model deployment and monitoring.

- Advanced Data Engineering : Apply expert knowledge of ETL, SQL, and advanced data modeling techniques to prepare, transform, and manage large-scale datasets for complex analytical projects.

- Expert Coding : Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python and its extensive ecosystem of libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, transformers), ensuring efficient, scalable, and production-ready code.

- Deep Learning Leadership : Architect and implement deep learning solutions using TensorFlow and PyTorch, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with neural networks.

- MLOps & Deployment : Take ownership of MLOps practices, including robust use of MLflow for comprehensive tracking, versioning, and seamless deployment of models into production environments.

- Azure Cloud Architecture : Design, implement, and optimize solutions leveraging a deep understanding of Azure services, including Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake/Blob Storage, and Azure OpenAI.

- Process Automation : Drive the implementation of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for ML models, integrating version control and automated testing.

- Client & Team Collaboration : Act as a key technical leader within agile, cross-functional teams, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and potentially mentoring junior data scientists.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 5 to 6 years of progressive, hands-on experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related advanced analytical role, ideally within a consulting environment.

- ML Mastery : Strong, in-depth foundation in machine learning theory and extensive experience across the entire model development lifecycle, including feature engineering, model selection, tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

- Python Expert : Expert proficiency in Python programming and its core data science libraries: scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, transformers.

- Deep Learning Expertise : Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow and PyTorch for designing and implementing advanced deep learning solutions.

- MLflow Leadership : Extensive experience using MLflow for advanced experiment tracking, model versioning, and managing model deployment in production.

- Data Engineering Prowess : Strong working knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and advanced data modeling techniques.

- Azure Cloud Architect : Practical experience designing and implementing solutions using a wide range of Azure services, including :

1. Azure Databricks

2. Azure Machine Learning / MLflow

3. Azure Data Factory

4. Azure Data Lake / Blob Storage

5. Azure OpenAI

- MLOps Champion : Proven familiarity and practical experience with MLOps best practices, advanced version control strategies, and pipeline automation for scalable ML solutions.

- Communication & Leadership : Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and demonstrated experience leading technical discussions, presenting insights, and effectively collaborating within Agile, cross-functional teams.
