Key Responsibilities: To handle Project Using Agile Methodology in JIRA, Project Delivery, WBS, Project Management for Websites, Android, IOS Mobile App, Blockchain Development. Conducting Daily SCRUM, SPRINT wise Delivery, Sprint Retrospection, Backlog Review. Project Scoping keeping in control technical feasibility and deviation as per nature of Project (Fixed Bid, T&M) Capturing Requirements in Confluence, Preparing WSR in Confluence. Managing Project throughout the lifecycle from initiation to the closure of the project. Preparation of WBS, Project estimation through Planning Poker. Resource Allocation, Project Estimation, Project Scheduling in project management tool. Project Tracking in JIRA. And PMS. Project Review and WSR. Sprint Planning Meeting, Daily SCRUM Meeting with Team, Sprint Review Meeting and Retrospection Innovative IT Initiatives, Training, User Relations, Leadership acumen. Deliverables and Sprints. Managing Iterations in JIRA Backlogs. Share documents to client, FSD/ BRD for Signoff, TDD, Risk Register, Mitigation Plan, Project Schedule, Test Plan, Test Cases, WSR, Project Review Meeting (Internal/ Client), Sprint Retrospection, RTM. Internal Demo of every Sprint releases and then client Demo. Follow the QMS Process in every project. Managing and tracking project task using JIRA. Project Management of Mobile App of international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Singapore and Dubai) in Android, IOS and Web development, Enterprise application and Blockchain Projects). Ensure the revenue generation target with close coordination of BD team and clients. Change management and its timely execution. Highlights technical issues and risks and builds project plans to mitigate those risks. Develops technical project plans, using appropriate members of the development team, presents plans to clients effectively and protects estimates. Completes high-level technical designs and facilitates effective handover to the development team prior to the implementation phase of a project. Project Deliverables, Timelines, Budget, Project Signoff Documents, Business Rules, Scope. Technical Solutioning and Team Management: Research on new technologies and Makes use of appropriate research materials (Internet, publications etc) to ensure skills and knowledge remain current. Analyzes and defines user requirements and translate them into system requirements to ensure understanding of the request by all project members. Act a bridge between Development Team and User to clarify any Business Requirement. To make the coordination among clients, technical team and Business Development team for smooth flow of communication. Provide help to team leads and developers in troubleshooting and coding if required. To become a part of team recruitment process as interviewing, shortlisting the required resources and selection etc. Manage day-to-day priorities of the IT Infrastructure with Incident management. Co-ordinations with Hardware / Software and network consultants. Required Skills: B. Tech/ M. CA/ B. E. in Computer Science/ IT with 5-8 years of experience in development including project management. Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies in atleast one technology as PHP, Java, Mobile technologies or Blockchain. Excellent knowledge of server for application deployment on AWS or other. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Working knowledge in code analysis tools. Self motivated and learning attitude Excellent reporting and project coordination skills. Passion to learn, explore and implement innovative solution and team player. Solid experience working with version control Tools as GitHub etc.
