Job Overview:
The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing and executing the organization's end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and talent excellence. This role will lead leadership hiring, campus recruitment, employer branding, and talent analytics initiatives, while closely collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure proactive talent planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end leadership hiring for key positions across the organization.
- Collaborate with business heads and HRBPs to forecast future hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers on talent acquisition trends, market intelligence, and best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring processes align with organizational objectives.
3. Manpower Planning
- Drive annual and mid-term manpower planning in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs.
- Analyze workforce trends and business forecasts to develop proactive talent pipelines.
- Ensure alignment between organizational structure, headcount budgets, and talent acquisition goals.
4. Employer Branding & Campus Hiring
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
- Design and execute campus hiring programs across Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutions to build a future-ready talent pipeline.
5. Talent Acquisition Operations
- Oversee recruitment operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and recruitment partnerships.
6. Data-Driven Recruitment & Analytics
- Establish recruitment dashboards and analytics frameworks to monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity, cost-per-hire).
- Leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leadership hiring, employer branding, and campus recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is essential to understand the unique talent needs of the business.
