Senior General Manager/Vice President - Construction (18-24 yrs)

- Oversee all construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budget guidelines.

- Responsible for supervising and managing construction projects, ensuring that they meet high standards of quality and safety, while staying within budget limits.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution, including resource allocation and timelines. Create and execute comprehensive plans for project execution, including allocating resources effectively and establishing realistic timelines to ensure successful project completion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction phases. Foster effective collaboration and communication with various teams involved in the construction process to ensure smooth coordination and successful project delivery.

- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

- Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to safety standards.

- Effective leadership and strategic planning skills to oversee multiple construction teams and ensure the efficient allocation of resources and budget management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

- Looking for candidates who have worked extensively on Plotted development constructions. Experience in constructing Luxury Residences / Villas would be most preferred.

- Candidates having experience in High Rise Residential construction, along with plotted development projects are welcome to apply.

- BE / B tech Civil mandatory.
