About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to drive our infrastructure and deployment strategies.

You will lead the design and implementation of robust DevOps practices, enabling fast, secure, and scalable deployments across our development and production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to build and maintain scalable infrastructure.

- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform across multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

- Build, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins or any other tools for automated testing and deployment.

- Maintain configuration management and provisioning systems using Ansible.

- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using modern tools and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and other teams to improve deployment processes and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with security best practices and automate security controls where possible.

- Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure, deployment, and testing workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS or self-managed clusters).

- In-depth knowledge of Terraform for IaC (Infrastructure as Code) in cloud provisioning.

- Proven experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.

- Proficiency with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions or Jenkins or any other tools.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).

- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD) is a plus.

- Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).

- Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.

- Exposure to Helm for Kubernetes application packaging and deployment.

- Previous experience in managing high-availability production environments
