About Gamlaa:
At Gamlaa, were building the infrastructure to power the future of creator-led and community-driven platforms. As we scale across regions, were looking for Site HR Managers in each zone to anchor our people strategy on the ground, ensuring a consistent and culturally attuned employee experience.
About the Role:
As Site HR for your respective zone, youll be the face of Gamlaas people function across our regional operations. Youll manage everything from hiring and onboarding to grievance handling and compliance - all while keeping a pulse on team morale and culture. This role demands empathy, agility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end HR operations at the regional level - onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and exit
- Partner with business and central HR to ensure smooth execution of policies, processes, and initiatives
- Manage blue/grey-collar hiring, local vendor coordination, and recruitment drives
- Act as a trusted point of contact for grievance redressal and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, including contract labor, wage, and statutory norms
- Maintain employee records, handle audits, and generate timely HR reports
- Drive local engagement activities to boost morale and align with Gamlaas culture
What You Bring:
- 2 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably in distributed or multi-location environments
- Hands-on experience in managing on-ground HR operations, preferably in high-volume hiring setups
- Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and statutory compliance
- Fluency in the local language is mandatory (Telegu)
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, Excel, and Google Workspace
