Position: HR Business Partner

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

- Experience: 2-4 years

Saary: 10 -12 lpa

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 15 days notice)

- Candidate Preference: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end employee lifecycle management -from onboarding to exit

- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures

- Coordinate with business teams to ensure seamless HR operations

- Assist in grievance handling, redressal, and compliance tracking

- Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives

- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data reporting and analytics

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

- Onboarding & Exit Management

- Conduct documentation, induction, and exit formalities

- Ensure a smooth experience for new joiners and exiting employees

- HR Policy Support

- Implement and ensure adherence to company HR policies

- Communicate policies effectively across teams

- Employee Engagement

- Plan and support engagement activities and surveys

- Collect and analyze feedback to improve work culture

- Grievance Handling & Compliance

- Act as a first-level support for employee grievances

- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies

- HR Data & Documentation

- Maintain employee files, HRIS, and reports

- Support audits and maintain up-to-date records

- Coordination with Business Teams

- Liaise with different departments to align HR activities with business needs

- Facilitate effective communication between employees and leadership
