Infrastructure Lead - SDWAN/MPLS (5-6 yrs)

We are hiring for a client in semiconductors which provides a wide range of electronic components for an infrastructure lead in Pune location.

Infrastructure Lead.

Experience : 5-6 years in a similar role.

- Independently handle Server, MPLS/SD-WAN, Firewall, and Vendor Management.

- Manage a team of 2-3 members, including task allocation, review meetings, progress reporting, and SLA monitoring.

- Oversee IT security and next-level policy management.

- Preference will be given to local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a small IT infrastructure team (2-3 members).

- Oversee and maintain networking, server infrastructure, and cloud environments.

- Ensure robust IT security practices and compliance.

- Manage L1 and L2 support operations, ensuring SLA adherence.

- Handle IT compliance, license management, and audit readiness.

- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure performance and reliability.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on knowledge in networking, server management, and cloud platforms.

- Experience with IT support frameworks, ticketing systems, and SLA tracking.

- Familiarity with IT compliance standards and license lifecycle management.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
