Backend Developer - Python Programming (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Backend Developer with 3 - 6 years of experience in Python and Django, who will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and secure server-side applications. You will work on core backend services, contribute to architecture decisions, and integrate various data sources while ensuring high availability and responsiveness.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust backend services and APIs.

- Develop and implement low-latency, high-availability server-side logic using Python/Django.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Integrate multiple databases and data sources into unified systems.

- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with strong unit test coverage.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Ensure security and data protection best practices are implemented.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in backend development using Python and Django.

- Strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL and ability to write complex queries.

- Experience with ORMs like Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.

- Familiarity with integrating multiple data sources and third-party services.

- Solid understanding of multi-process architecture and threading limitations in Python.

- Good understanding of security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and debugging abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
