Urgently we are hiring For Head Maintenance Engineer

Job Activities :

1. Designing & Coordination with architect, MEP consultant and interior consultant and provide the input.
2. Methodically evaluate designs obtained from consultants and independently review with inhouse team
3. Suggest corrections/ improvements on design in liaison with Architectural team
4. Organize detailed BOQ and Specifications for tender and award of contract
5. Place engineering team at site for execution and monitor progress
6. Preparing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the cost and time norms.
7. Making a Project Master Schedule and Track the same on weekly or monthly basis.
8. Conduct the project review and progress review meeting.
9. Planning, estimating, Budget preparation, coordination with MEP consultants and Architects for execution thru construction agencies
10. Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same
11. Reviewing contractor and vendors payments requests and invoices for accuracy and completeness, obtaining final approvals and ensuring payments are made on a timely basis
12. Monitoring & control of Project budget estimates and expenditures.
13. Supervise day-to-day activities related to management of all contracts including Civil & Interior Works, Electrical, IT, Biomedical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting etc.
14. Quantities verifications, foreseeing bottlenecks, risks identification and preparing mitigation plan
15. Develop as built manuals for job handover and future maintenance
16. Liasioning with Statutory agencies like BEST, Chief Fire Officer, Electrical Inspector, MPCB, MCGM and other departments for required approvals and permits
