E-commerce Operations

Job Overview: The E-commerce Operations Executive for GlobalBees will be responsible for managing and coordinating fulfilment operations for brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and quick-commerce channels. This role requires acting as the primary partner to both external and internal stakeholders from the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee end-to-end inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business requirements across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to eliminate stock-outs and overstock situations, thereby improving operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory trends and analytics to make data-driven decisions on inventory replenishment and distribution.
• Coordinate with transport partners for RTV and related operations alignment. 

Order Management:

• Streamline the B2B order management process to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Punch orders and monitor the status from entry through to delivery and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) discrepancies. Review and verify orders for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to resolve any order-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records for outward invoices, GRN (at marketplace), and return invoices to ensure compliance and transparency.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding order fulfilment and inventory management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category, tech & sourcing to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with brands, warehouses, and other partners to streamline operations.

Performance Reporting:

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and order fulfilment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations roles
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
