Gloify - .Net Developer (4-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Architect with a strong foundation in .NET technologies, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server to work with one of our esteemed MNC clients. The candidate will be responsible for architecting complex systems, engaging with stakeholders and vendors, and leading the development team to successfully deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

This is a project-based contractual role, ideal for seasoned professionals who can hit the ground running and take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery from Day 1.

Key Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Expertise in .NET Framework / .NET Core development and architecture

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure including PaaS, IaaS, Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.

- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in SQL Server schema design, performance tuning, stored procedures

- Familiarity with architectural styles (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless)

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Python scripting or automation

- Working knowledge of Slack integrations for collaboration or DevOps workflows

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end architectural solutions from scratch or re-architect existing platforms to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals

- Act as the technical lead and point of contact for all architecture-related queries and escalations

- Provide strategic input into the overall product and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals

- Conduct technical deep-dives and troubleshooting sessions across multiple platforms

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Manage vendors, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong vendor relationships

- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, and documentation
- Attend weekly face-to-face syncs with the SSE (Senior Software Engineering) team to align on deliverables, risks, and progress
