Job Description
- Work in a team to iteratively improve branding and design language
- Work with respective stakeholders to deliver the requirements
- Design brand elements and illustrations
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Participate in regular design reviews to seek out specific feedback
- Amend designs after feedback
- Execute on the product roadmap and help design product strategy
- Daily collaboration with Admission, Marketing and other relevant departments
- Test graphics across various media
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs
Qualifications Preferred
- A degree in design, fine arts or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably with a creative or marketing agency)
- Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, designing and illustration
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications
- Passionate about brand design and identity
- Have a deep understanding on brand strategy
- Proficiency in layouts and typography is a must
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good sense of Ideation, Visual Design, Time Management, Knowledge of Motion design is a plus
- Copywriting skills are a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: A degree in design, fine arts or equivalent
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
