Job Brief

Grasko Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer to develop high-quality documentation that supports the usability and success of our software products. This includes release notes, internal and external user guides, technical documentation, and video tutorials.

You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to ensure our products are well-documented and user-friendly. With continuous product innovation and expansion, this role offers ample opportunities for creativity and growth in content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand products and documentation needs.
• Create, review, and maintain content such as:
  - Product release notes
  - Online help documentation
  - Use-case-based guides
  - Internal user manuals
• Work with global writing teams to ensure content consistency and quality.
• Provide timely feedback and editing support throughout the documentation lifecycle.
• Manage documentation across multiple releases in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills with strong command of English grammar and style.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to understand and convey complex technical information clearly.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Familiarity with DITA, XML authoring tools, or similar documentation frameworks.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Agile methodologies in content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
• 24 years of experience as a technical writer, editor, or proofreader in the software industry.
• Experience with editorial reviews, peer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
