We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HR Head) to join our leadership team and shape the HR strategy of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have 7 - 10 years of relevant HRBP experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in technology or Startup ecosystems. This role will be pivotal in setting up robust HR processes, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to the Leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Design and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish HR as a key enabler for growth, culture, and innovation.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle - Talent Acquisition, onboarding, Emp. Engagement, performance management, Payroll cycle, Learning & Development, and off-boarding/ Exit.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, retention, and satisfaction.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Build and scale a high-performing team by partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Develop recruitment strategies and enhance employer brand in the Insure-tech ecosystem.
Performance & Culture:
- Implement performance management systems, OKRs, and regular feedback mechanisms.
- Foster a strong organizational culture grounded in organisation's values.
- Drive Employee Wellness, DEI, and Engagement programs.
Policy & Compliance:
- Create and implement HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
People Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop HR dashboards and insights to inform decision-making.
- Monitor key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring effectiveness, etc.).
Key Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in high-growth Start-ups or Tech Companies.
- Proven experience setting up and scaling HR processes from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, build trust across teams, and lead with empathy.
- Exposure to fast-paced environments with a bias for action and results.
