- Advanced skills in HR policy development, ensuring compliance and alignment with legal and organizational standards.

- Dedicated to enhancing employee engagement through initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, and a positive company culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that support the organization's goals and drive business outcomes.

- Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives.
